General Safety

1. No food or drink are allowed in the laboratory.
2. Place all bags and coats in the cabinets or on coat hooks to prevent tripping hazards.
3. Clean up your station when you’ve completed the measurement.
4. Check your station for personal effects (including pens/pencils/calculators, etc.).
5. Put scrap paper and/or other garbage in the waste bin.
6. Report all injuries, unsafe conditions, and/or damaged equipment to your teacher.
   
   

Electrical Safety

1. Do not switch on any electrical wiring you have built up. All wirings should be checked by the teacher first.
2. Report any frayed cords or damaged equipment to your teacher immediately.
   
   

Laser Sources

1. Do not look directly into the laser beam.
2. Be careful to any reflected laser beam.
